How is Taekwondo different than Karate?
Taekwondo and Karate come from different origins—Taekwondo from Korea and Karate from Japan. While there is some overlap in techniques, Taekwondo is known for its emphasis on dynamic kicking techniques. Karate, on the other hand, prioritizes solid stances, power, and strength, while Taekwondo focuses on speed, flexibility, and movement.
